The Clinical Pharmacist monitors and evaluates prescribed therapies to promote optimal drug use and evidence-based practices to reduce risks of drug misadventures.

S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy. A current and valid license as a registered pharmacist in the state of California. One year hospital or equivalent experience required.
