Licensure

✓Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License - when eligible and where applicable
Certifications
✓Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) - where applicable
Education
✓PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy.
✓Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy.
Qualifications
Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience. preferred
Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency. preferred
