Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to direct reports. Support clinical pharmacy services across critical care and emergency medicine providing 24/7 care. Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, patient care delivery, and operational effectiveness. Contribute to the growth and expansion of clinical pharmacy services as the institution continues to expand its critical care capacity. What We're Looking For Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). PGY2 residency training in Critical Care preferred. Candidates with a PGY1 residency and critical care or emergency medicine practice experience coupled with leadership experience will also be considered. 2 years of progressive pharmacy experience, including leadership responsibilities is required. 3
- 5 years is preferred. Previous experience managing direct reports. Experience as a Clinical Coordinator, Clinical Team Lead, Residency Program Director, or similar leadership role is highly valued.
