Full time The Clinical Manager is a clinical administrator with unit or department level span of influence requiring distinct clinical or academic expertise. The Clinical Manager shares the responsibility of the supervision and evaluation of associates and with the organizational structure and size of the unit(s), also has teaching responsibilities and may have direct patient care responsibilities. Involved in quality, safety, patient experience outcomes; and helps plan, organize, and lead the delivery of nursing care. Position Requirements Bachelor’s Degree - BSN required [from an accredited school of nursing]; Master’s Degree - MSN preferred [In nursing leadership/management, policy, or administration preferred, from an accredited school of nursing] Active Florida or multi-state RN license, required Professional certification in nursing administration, or other relevant management, education, or area of clinical specialty, preferred.

Minimum of 5 years pediatric nursing experience Previous management, leadership, and education experience preferred Upon hire, the following are required: American Heart Association BLS, and PALS
