Department: INA | Institutional Admin Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) plays a vital role at the UAMS Health Benton/Bryant location. Their primary responsibility is to oversee the daily operations of the clinic and ensure that all essential functions are running smoothly. This includes staffing, development, budgeting, patient satisfaction, professional growth, and quality outcomes.
The CSM will also collaborate with the Medical Director, providers, and leadership within the organization to ensure that quality patient care and exceptional customer service are delivered while adhering to regulations and requirements set by UAMS, insurance companies, government agencies, and internal goals/strategies. Clinical Service Managers (CSMs) are responsible for implementing the organizational vision, mission, philosophy, core values, evidence-based practices, and standards, as well as nursing support services in their areas of responsibility.
The CSM practices in accordance with the scope and standards of practice of the UAMS, the American Nurses Association, and the Nursing Social Policy Statement.
