Monday through Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p, no holidays, call, or weekends, works remote 1 day a weekLocation: Forsyth Medical CenterDepartment: Cancer Center Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Service Navigator to serve as the primary point of contact for lung cancer patients. The Thoracic Oncology Nurse coordinates patient care by guiding patients through treatment plans and follow-up needs. This role provides education, support, and resource navigation while ensuring seamless communication and timely documentation.

Three to five years of nursing experience, required. Two years of experience in care of targeted patient population; experience in a broad range of clinical situations or settings, preferred. Licensure/Certification: RN, required.
