You’ll need
Licensure
✓PT - Physical Therapist in Maryland District of Columbia (DC) and/or Virginia licensure as deemed necessary for your specific location(s). required
Certifications
✓CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required
✓Additional unit/specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit.
Education
✓Bachelor's degree Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy required or
✓Master's degree Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy required or
✓Doctoral degree Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy required
✓3-4 years 2-3 year of clinical experience plus graduation from an accredited Residency or Fellowship program in the identified area of expertise required
Qualifications
✓One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
✓3-4 years of clinical experience preferably with 2 years of experience with identified area of expertise required or
✓One year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
