Are you a collaborative healthcare leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, improving operations, and creating exceptional patient experiences? Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily operations of Novant Health Orthopedic Clinics.

Full Time, Days 8:00am - 5:00pmDepartment: Novant Health Orthopedic Sports & Medicine Location: Clemmons, North CarolinaAbout Our Team:We specialize in treating musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related conditions, joint pain, fractures, and rehabilitation to help patients regain strength and mobility. In partnership with the Clinic Administrator, ensures implementation and success of NHMG goals, organizes and directs the clinical environment, and coordinates teams to assure effective care is given to provide quality patient care in physician practices.

Supervises between 10 and 19 FTEs. The Registered Nurse serves as a leader of the healthcare team at Novant Health by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, delegate and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death and takes ownership in creating an environment that allows team members to be present with patients and families.

The Registered Nurse utilizes best scientific evidence and compassion to assist the patient in navigating their health journey. The Registered Nurse accepts responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with the current policies and procedures. The Registered Nurse gives feedback and evaluations to team continuously to monitor appropriate team members for positions and promote employee and customer satisfaction.

Lead the daily operations of a physician practiceManage clinic workflows, staffing, scheduling, and patient flowSupervise, coach, and develop clinical team membersPartner with physicians and leadership to achieve strategic initiativesMonitor productivity, quality metrics, and financial performanceDevelop action plans to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with Novant Health policies and regulatory standardsSupport employee engagement and foster a culture of accountability and teamworkManage budgets, resources, and operational prioritiesLead change initiatives while maintaining a patient-first culture What We're Looking ForEducation: High School Diploma or GED, required.4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

Two years of nursing experience, requiredTwo years of supervisory experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Additional Skills (required): Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem solving skills, operate personal computer.
