This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule of 11p-7a/7p-7a, with no holidays or weekends!
Our T10 Surgical Progressive Care Unit is a dynamic, fast-paced 28 bed surgical, trauma, cardiopulmonary progressive care unit, serving the adult population with a wide variety of medical diagnosis, surgical procedures, and trauma injuries. This position is eligible for a generous sign-on bonus! Leadership and Improvement Lead change by identifying opportunities for improvement and guiding changes in clinical practice. Support staff through transitions and lead quality improvement initiatives. Participate in leadership roles at the unit or system level and assist with performance evaluations for your team.
Clinician Fellow
Minimum 2 years’ experience. If BSN is not at the time of hire must be enrolled in a program within one year of hire/transfer date and completed within three years of enrollment (i.e. public health, informational technology, administration, etc.). Clinician
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience Master's degree preferred. BS/BSN required.
