CNA I - Certified Nursing Aide - Adult ED

What We Offer Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Assisted Living units only: Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living as scheduled and reporting any change in status to the Charge Nurse. What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED, required.

1 year, preferred. 1 year of Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required. Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.

Medication Safety - AME, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Additional Skills (required): Basic computer skills for documentation.
