What We OfferJoin our 26-member Patient Placement Team, supporting 7 hospitals around the clock. In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage patient placement and transfers while working across 4 screens and multiple systems including Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement, Voalte, Genesys, and Teams to keep care moving smoothly.💡 What You’ll DoTriage calls & transfers like a proCoordinate 🚁 air and 🚑 ground transportPartner with stroke, trauma & emergency teamsManage patient placement across hospitals📅 Schedule3 weekend shifts every 6 weeks (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours/week)Rotating holidays (2 major + 1 minor)No call shifts 🙌✅ What We’re Looking ForRN with 2+ years acute care (ED or critical care required, patient flow experience a plus)Strong clinical judgment & multitasking skillsTech-savvy and confident communicating with physiciansThrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment💜 Why You’ll Love It:Make a direct impact on patient flow and hospital operationsWork with a supportive, collaborative teamHands-on experience with multiple systems and processes

Two year, required. Previous leadership and bed utilization experience is preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current RN license, required.
