Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position. SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS:3rd
$2.25/hour Weekend: $1.75/hourSIGN-ON BONUS ELIGIBLE!$2,000 Sign On Bonus with a 1-year work commitment. Must be of legal age to sign a contract, which is at least 18 years old, to be eligible for a sign on bonus. Candidates under 18 years old may still be considered for the position but are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
Overview UNIT OVERVIEW: Welcome to Surgical ICU! Our patient care experience includes, but is not limited to, unstable traumas, abdominal surgeries, complex vascular care, esophagectomies, septic shock, ARDS, and Stroke patients. We are proud of our Teamwork!

The Patient Care Technician/Certified Nursing Assistant (PCT/CNA) provides appropriate safe basic care to patients which includes taking vital signs, assisting patients with activities of daily living, specimen collection, and observation of patients for physical/emotional changes. Other duties include recording pertinent information in patient charts, communicating with other Patient Care Team members to ensure continuity of care, and may function in a role providing constant supervision to patients as needed.
Duties may vary according to department expectations and needs. QualificationsREQUIRED
CNA-Certified Nurses AssistantCPR American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS
