✓Requirements
Qualifications
✓3 - 5 years of clinical experience working with the Severe and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) population required
✓Three to five years of clinical experience treating individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders required
✓Completing individualized treatment plans, progress notes, treatment summaries, and all required clinical documentation within established departmental, organizational, and regulatory timeframes
✓Maintaining compliance with program policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements while completing assigned tasks and responsibilities within required deadlines
✓LSW, LCSW, LAC, or LPC required
✓Ability to develop, facilitate, and lead individual, group, family, and psychoeducational therapy sessions
✓Strong presentation skills with the ability to provide educational programming to large audiences
✓Excellent organizational skills with the ability to complete documentation accurately and within established regulatory and organizational deadlines
