About the role

As a Community Aide I , you will provide compassionate, person-centered support to adults living with serious and persistent mental illness in a long-term residential setting. Working within a 24/7 program, you will assess needs, assist with implementing individualized care plans, and help residents develop the skills and confidence needed to successfully transition back into the community.

What you’ll do
Lead and support lifeLead and support life skills groups, community meetings, and recreational activities for residents
Assist residents with dailyAssist residents with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, therapeutic enviroment
Document resident behaviors, interventionsDocument resident behaviors, interventions, treatment responses, and other required records
Implement treatment and skills-trainingImplement treatment and skills-training programs, communicate resident progress, and provide shift-to-shift updates
