Qualifications
✓Experience with policy management platforms is a plus
✓1-3 years experience
✓Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance principles, and policy governance
✓Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and actionable policies and communications
✓Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify risk areas, assess policy effectiveness, and propose data-informed improvements
✓Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
✓Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
✓High level of discretion and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information and sensitive topics
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively across clinical, operational, administrative, and executive teams
✓Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical, user-friendly policies and guidance
