• Certification manager with daily operations in the Pre
• Certification Department within Pre
• Registration/Scheduling Services. To assist in supervision and evaluation of the assigned staff for productivity and accuracy. Meet and maintain departmental accuracy goals while maintaining any assigned worklists. Communicate with ancillary departments, physicians, insurances, and patients as needed. Ability to work a flex/hybrid/remote/on campus schedule as needed. Reports directly to Pre
• Certification Department Manager. It is expected that all job functions are performed in a manner that promotes the highest level of compliance with various legal, regulatory and accreditation requirements while maintaining all protected health information in manner that complies with HIPAA requirements. Qualifications Education Required High school diploma or GED required Education Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required. Experience Minimum of one year of management/supervisory experience preferred Prefer at least three to five years of healthcare experience. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required; Publisher and Access preferred.
