You’ll need
Certifications
✓Certification in Project Management, Business Administration, Lean Six Sigma, Facility Management, or related
Education
✓Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Finance, Operations Management, or related field required.
✓Five (5) years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of the required Associate degree.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations, business operations, project coordination, facilities administration, compliance support, office administration, or a related field required.
✓Knowledge of business operations, project coordination, records management, lease administration, regulatory compliance processes, budgeting support, and office administration practices.
✓Able to read, write, and speak with professional quality
✓use computer and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, databases, and reporting tools)
✓operate standard office equipment
✓and prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
✓Able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
✓coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
✓maintain accurate records and documentation

Experience supporting projects, maintaining operational records, coordinating vendors, preparing reports, managing documentation, and working within healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
