Qualifications
✓Trains and updates community hospital quality staff in data abstraction and entry for quality data.
✓Excellent project management skills
✓Knowledge of various performance improvement tools and processes
✓Excellent problem solving, conflict management and organizational skills
✓Demonstrate key leadership skills such as: leading through collaboration, trust, respect, foresight, and listening to other ideas and opinions; appropriate use of power and empowerment; punctuality and professionalism while holding others accountable
✓Exhibits design behaviors and the ability to effectively influence and manage change
✓Ability to meet deadlines with a focus on accuracy and detail
✓Possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals of all backgrounds, experience and educational levels.
✓Understands organizational process and demonstrates knowledge of patient and family centered care
✓Researches strategies for evidence based improvements and assists multi-disciplinary team in developing and implementing improvements
✓Must be an effective collaborator with hospital leadership, physicians, nursing, patients and families
