Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program
BSN preferred or
Master’s degree in health-related field preferred
Three years of experience in acute care setting required
One year of experience in healthcare quality/performance improvement preferred
RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required
CPHQ – Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality within 3 years preferred

Provide leadership and vision for sepsis and other patient populations in terms of operation, services and patient care
Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with physicians, staff and peers to support implementation and ongoing evaluation of care delivery
Oversee and facilitate care and follow up on patients
Coordinate education of staff on established standards
Communicate with members of the team regarding findings of case reviews and abstraction.
