Growing together. The Corporate Account Analyst provides operational support to hospital pharmacy operations and serves as the primary client support contact for assigned Directors of Pharmacy. The role monitors pharmacy performance, supports service plan integration, analyzes data, prepares reports, and coordinates resources to support operational success.

Monitor hospital pharmacy operations and performance reporting Act as a resource for Directors of Pharmacy regarding CPS service plans Support user training and adoption of CPS systems Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports Develop presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents Support implementation activities for new and existing contracts Recommend process and service improvements Maintain solid customer relationships and confidentiality You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required
3+ years of healthcare industry experience Experience working with hospital pharmacy services Experience creating operational reports and dashboards Pharmacy operations experience Account management or client-facing experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
