✓Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the State of Idaho required
Certifications
✓NBCOT Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) required
Education
✓A limited degree of creativity and latitude is required

Qualifications
✓Ability to work in a variety of patient care settings
✓Medical terminology
2 years' experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in the rehabilitation department preferred
