Our staff is committed to caring for patients and their families with dignity, honesty and compassion. ***Onsite Position - Plano, TX*** Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Marketing & Communications, the Creative Services Manager will lead the development, execution, and quality control of all visual communications for Oceans Healthcare and its affiliated brands. This individual will serve as the organization's primary brand guardian, ensuring compliance with established brand standards, visual identity guidelines, and messaging frameworks.
The Creative Services Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, human resources, physician relations, business development, recruiting, and executive leadership to create compelling materials that support organizational growth and engagement. This position combines creative ownership with operational discipline and requires a professional who excels in graphic design, project management, brand governance, stakeholder collaboration, and creative problem solving.
Serve as the enterprise steward of the Oceans Healthcare brand, ensuring consistent application of brand standards, visual identity, messaging, and design guidelines across all internal and external communications. Lead the design and development of creative assets including marketing collateral, recruitment materials, presentations, advertising campaigns, digital content, social media graphics, environmental signage, and corporate communications.
Establish, maintain, and enforce brand governance processes that promote consistency, quality, and compliance with approved brand standards throughout the organization. Manage the intake, prioritization, and execution of creative projects while balancing multiple deadlines, stakeholder needs, and organizational priorities. Partner with executive leadership, marketing, operations, human resources, business development, and facility teams to develop compelling visual communications that support strategic business objectives.
Develop and maintain enterprise creative resources, including templates, graphic libraries, photography assets, brand toolkits, and visual communication standards. Provide creative direction and quality oversight for all visual communications, ensuring materials are professional, accurate, audience-appropriate, and aligned with Oceans Healthcare's mission and values. Manage relationships with external creative vendors and production partners, including printers, agencies, photographers, videographers, and other contracted resources, to ensure quality deliverables and cost-effective service.
Monitor emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices, recommending innovative solutions and tools that enhance organizational effectiveness and strengthen brand visibility. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Experience Education /
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field required. 3 to 5+ years of professional graphic design experience. Prior experience working in healthcare (hospitals, clinics, medical devices or wellness brands) or a heavily regulated industry is highly preferred. A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing clean layout design, complex information simplified (e.g., medical infographics), and successful brand consistency.
Relevant certifications in design, branding, or digital media are a plus. Skills/Abilities: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of digital design standards, web graphics, and social media best practices. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and uphold brand standards in a collaborative manner. Strong business acumen with an understanding of how effective branding supports organizational performance.
Work Environment: Subject to many interruptions. Occasional pressure due to multiple calls and inquiries. This position can be high paced and stressful; must be able to cope mentally and physically to atmosphere.
Work requires spending approximately 90% or more of the time inside a building that offers protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
