Credentialed IT Trainer for Epic Willow Ambulatory, Onsite Full Time, First Shift

8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday Assist with the development, planning, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of day to day operations of the Organizational Development and Training Department. (Self Excellence). Responsible for a variety of administrative and information technology activities including general administrative support, house wide educational event scheduling, coordination and maintenance of AV equipment, and coordination of internal and external programs.

Responsible for education, training, process analysis, and troubleshooting related to hospital wide educational TV system and learning management system.
