About the role

Under the guidance of the Crisis Clinician Supervisor, you'll offer compassionate care to individuals of all ages facing self-identified crises. Responsibilities include crisis counseling, de-escalation, clinical assessment, coordination of services and meeting with clients within our community.

What you’ll do
Provide crisis services inProvide crisis services in community and office settings, including assessments, counseling, and crisis planning
Manage crisis situations independentlyManage crisis situations independently using positive approaches and motivational interviewing techniques
Complete consumer and familyComplete consumer and family crisis assessments (face-to-face and by phone) and provide follow-up via phone or mobile visits
Support consumers by promotingSupport consumers by promoting stability, coordinating referrals, and negotiating appropriate services
Maintain accurate documentation, completeMaintain accurate documentation, complete required paperwork, and navigate insurance processes and authorizations
