About the Job MedStar Medical Group is seeking a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Nocturnist) to join our team at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center in Olney, Maryland, a charming suburban community in Montgomery County just north of Washington, D. Dedicated Nocturnists receive a generous adjustor with the flexibility to apply it toward either their base annual salary or annual clinical target .
