Current Arkansas Licensure as a Registered Nurse. 2. Training and

Functions in nurse manager role in his/her absence. Directs the development of orientees. Performs floor nursing as needed.

Job Hazards: Minimal degree of contracting disease if proper technique is followed. Accidental hazards are almost nil if policies and procedures are followed and safety precautions in the hospital are observed.
