For caregivers hired in this role in the State of Colorado, a Fluoroscopy certification, Preferred
Certifications
✓ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (R) Upon Hire, Required
✓Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) within 60 days, Required
✓Specific facility-based certification may also be required for this role.
✓Current ARRT (R) (CT) registration.
✓Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire (with prior approval).
Certified Computed Tomography Technologist - American Registry of Radiography Technologists ARRT (R)(CT), Preferred
Qualifications
✓IV Competency within 90 Days, Required
✓If this applies, each facility will define and manage compliance
✓Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
✓Demonstrated knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and skill in recognition of normal and abnormal variants.
✓Demonstrated knowledge of radiation safety.
