You’ll need
Licensure
✓Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), licensed by the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA), and must obtain Advanced Modality registration within 1 year of hire date.
✓Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required.
Certifications
✓Current American Heart Association (AHA) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
✓Registration/Certifications: Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
✓ARRT CT Registration required within 1 year in position.
✓Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
Education
✓Graduation from an AMA approved school of radiologic technology
✓Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
Qualifications
✓1 year of Radiologic experience.
✓Work Experience: 0-2 years of modality specific experience.

About the role
The Computed Tomography Technologist (CT) reports to the Manager of CT and Director of Imaging Services. Under general supervision, the CT Technologist utilizes all CT resources to perform high-quality CT examinations in accordance with established protocols on patient populations ranging from pediatric through geriatrics for interpretation by a physician. Other duties as deemed necessary.
