Licensure
✓Current license as a Radiologic Technologist by the State of Indiana.
Certifications
✓Current ARRT (R)(CT) registry.
✓Must obtain ARRT (R)(CT) within one year of hire
Education
✓High School or GED required.
Graduate of an accredited imaging program preferred
Qualifications
✓Provide optimal patient care remaining sensitive to the needs of patients through patient assessment and monitoring.
✓Receive, relay, and document all verbal, written, and electronic orders in the patients’ medical record.
✓Demonstrate proper use and knowledge of all department equipment, positioning devices, patient care items and patient monitoring devices.
✓Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
✓Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and physicians.
✓Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
