Education
✓Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training 3-5 years of management experience within a complex healthcare setting.

Qualifications
✓Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing Interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising and counseling skills.. Ability to multi-task.
✓Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
✓Strong skills in short-term planning, analysis, problem-solving, and customer service.
✓Thorough knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques, and / or human resources policies and procedures for staff and academic employees.
✓Client services oriented
✓has good listening, communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
✓Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
✓Ability to lead discussions, to particulate test procedures, and to make effective presentations.
✓Utilize effective listening and questioning techniques.
✓Knowledge of personal computer, word processing, data management, and spreadsheet software.
✓Adherence to excellent customer service principles.
