Certifications
✓A Registered Nurse or Registered Dietitian who is also a certified diabetes educator, or who is eligible to become a certified diabetes educator.
✓ADA/CDCES certification as a Diabetes Educator within 2 years.
✓Additionally, you are encouraged to upload a current resume, including all work history, education, and/or certifications and licenses, if applicable.
Education
✓Registered Professional Nurse or Registered Dietician with a Bachelor of Science degree and a current license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
✓Eligibility for certification may be considered.
Certification as a Diabetes Educator preferred.
