✓Must obtain BLS/CPR certification within six months of hire if not currently certified.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification preferred.
Education

✓Graduate of a healthcare training program including, but not limited to:
✓Associate's Degree in a healthcare-related field.
Completion of a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) program or patient care training program. preferred
Current enrollment in an accredited Radiology program. preferred
Coursework in medical terminology and computer applications. preferred

✓Strong verbal and written communication skills.

✓Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
✓Basic mathematical and computer skills.
✓Ability to learn and utilize electronic medical record systems and imaging technologies.
✓Capacity to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing departmental needs.
✓Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care.
✓Ability to provide age-appropriate care to all patient populations served.
One to two years of relevant patient care experience preferred, including current enrollment in a Radiology program.

Provide patients and familiesProvide patients and families with basic information regarding imaging exams and procedures
Perform MRI safety screeningsPerform MRI safety screenings in accordance with department protocols (MRI locations only)
