We’re hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Lancaster County and surrounding areas! In this rewarding role, you’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings, serving as a trusted companion and mentor to Adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities—helping them live fuller, more independent lives.
