Education
✓Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, nonprofit management, information systems, fundraising, or a related field
Qualifications
✓Progressive experience in fundraising operations, advancement services, gift administration, nonprofit finance, CRM/data management, prospect development, or related functions, including demonstrated people-management responsibility.
✓Strong knowledge of the philanthropic gift cycle, including gift processing, acknowledgments, pledges, donor restrictions, reconciliation, and applicable charitable-giving regulations.
✓Demonstrated experience designing fundraising reports, dashboards, portfolio-management processes, and performance-management systems.
✓Strong understanding of fundraising CRM systems, relational data, data governance, reporting, and the use of technology to improve fundraising operations.
✓Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with frontline fundraisers, Finance, Information Technology, Donor Relations/Stewardship, and organizational leadership.
✓Strong leadership, communication, analytical, project-management, change-management, and process-improvement skills.
Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge/NXT preferred.
