Current PHR certification is highly preferred.
Education
✓Business Degree with Major in Human Resources Management or related field is required as deemed appropriate by the CEO. Current PHR certification is highly preferred.
Qualifications
✓A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources. A minimum of two years’ experience working in Human Resources within a health care setting, highly preferred. Must have previous Supervisory or Direct-Level experience.
✓Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
✓Must have experience working with advanced tracking systems (ATS).
✓Good computer knowledge in Word/Excel and ability to prepare HR reports.
✓Hours of Work: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
✓other times as indicated by immediate supervisor.
Prefer candidates with good understanding of HR related Joint Commission Standards and be familiar with the Joint Commission Survey process. preferred
