Day Shift - 7.5 HoursLicensure, Certification, or Registration Required:Current NYS registration as a registered professional nurse.Knowledge Skills, Education & Experience Required:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Power Point, Workday, and Excel.
- Effective oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills.
- Self-direction, creativity, initiative to develop/enhance educational programs.
- Leadership ability and working knowledge of leadership principles and management skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification required.
- Advanced Life Support Provider Certification required.Responsibilities for the Director of Critical Care include:
- Directing human & fiscal resources for the ER
- Providing clinical leadership & oversight for the ER
- Developing & implementing performance improvement initiatives.

- Emergency Room experience required.
- Nurse Educator experience strongly preferred.
- Leadership /Management experience strongly preferred.
- Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
