Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in human resources, three years’ HR management experience, and two years’ of healthcare preferred. This position requires a willingness to roll up your sleeves to ensure the day-to-day HR operations of the department are fully compliant and sound while also having the proven ability to function at a strategic level. The ideal candidate would be agile in moving from tactical to strategic at any given time. Certification: Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
