The Director will assist the Associate Vice President or be responsible for aspects of the strategic vision, long term planning, direction and overall accountability for quality outcomes, performance improvement, change management, of Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. The Director will be instrumental in the efforts to establish a High Reliability Organization and Just Culture of shared responsibility and clinical practice standards at WHMC to assure maximum patient safety and the highest quality of care delivery across the spectrum.
S/he will provide oversight and guidance for all regulatory requirements.
