Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position. OverviewPOSITION

The Director Operations Home Health is responsible for the overall leadership and operational oversight of all home health operations, including both clinical care and non-clinical services delivered to patients. The director is responsible for achieving Operational Excellence goals, Clinical Excellence outcomes and financial targets. The director assures collaboration across the continuum of One OSF and is a service excellence champion to ensure the agencies are constantly striving to be the provider of choice.

QualificationsREQUIRED

BachelorsExperience:5 years progressively more responsible work experience in home health3 years leadership experienceOther:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software; Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Bachelor's Degree in clinical area of RN, PT, OT, SLP or MSW or Master's Degree with focus on clinical area or healthcare administration, MBA, MSNExperience:Home Health leadership experienceLicenses/Certifications:RN, PT, OT, SLP or MSWOSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
