Education
✓B.S. degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D.) from an accredited school of pharmacy required.
Master’s degree in pharmacy administration or healthcare management (MS, MBA, MHA) preferred.
Qualifications
✓Complete required reporting, HR management duties, and continuing education to maintain licensure
✓Adhere to system-wide competencies and perform other assigned duties
✓5 years of pharmacy leadership experience (inpatient preferred) of progressive complexity OR HSPAL residency plus 2 years of pharmacy leadership experience (inpatient preferred) of progressive complexity required.
✓Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
✓Act 33 with renewal
✓Act 34 with renewal
✓Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
PGY-1 postgraduate pharmacy residency preferred.
