You’ll need
Education
✓Master’s degree in business, health care administration or related field and 5 years of progressive experience are required.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal (physician, scientist, administrative, supervisory, and allied health staff) and external client stakeholders. preferred
Excellent organizational, human relations, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities as well as excellent presentation and communication skills. preferred
Strong financial analysis, and strategic and innovative thinking capabilities. preferred
Ability and confidence to effectively function independently, be a self-starter, a team player and have led direct reports in previous positions. preferred

About the role
