You’ll need
Education
✓Bachelors degree required.
Masters degree preferred in Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Qualifications
✓Eight or more years of progressive experience in performance management, talent management, organizational development, human resources, or a closely related discipline, including experience leading enterprise performance management or comparable large-scale talent programs.
✓Prior people leadership and experience working in a complex, matrixed organization are required.
✓Deep expertise in enterprise performance management and strong knowledge of related talent management practices.
✓Demonstrated ability to design governance, standards, programs, and implementation roadmaps for a large, complex organization.
✓Strong strategic judgment and the ability to balance ambition, operational feasibility, stakeholder needs, and organizational readiness.
✓Excellent executive communication, consultation, presentation, facilitation, and influence skills.
✓Ability to build alignment and lead through influence across HR, technology, analytics, operations, and other stakeholder groups.
✓Strong change and program leadership capabilities, including experience guiding enterprise adoption and continuous improvement.
✓Ability to interpret workforce and program data, identify implications, and translate findings into decisions and recommendations.
✓Strong people leadership skills, including setting direction, developing talent, managing performance, and building an accountable and collaborative team.
Healthcare experience is preferred.
