This position provides transportation of patients to and from the facility providing continuous observation, interaction, and role modeling to the patients while maintaining safety at all times. Provide transportation for patients to and from the facility in a safe manner. Get lunch from the cafeteria and provide to patients, as assigned.
Communication of patient care issues to Transportation Supervisor. High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Valid Class A or B driver’s license, passenger endorsement and current medical examination required. Additional
Must be 21 years or older and have and maintain a good driving record as obtained from the Department of Motor Vehicles. CPR certification required. Handle with Care and Verbal De-escalation training within 90 days of employment.
