Develops and implements age-appropriate curriculum and monthly goals to meet children's developmental needs. Communicates effectively with parents, greeting them and discussing their child's day. Maintains sanitary conditions in the room and adheres to infection prevention policies.

Provides responsive care by adapting daily routines to the needs of individual children and the group. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Teachers must have a clear understanding of the curriculum standards for the age of the children in their classes. Lesson planning.

Knowledge of computer skills. Classroom management skills. Communicates and problem-solves efficiently.
