✓Software & System Configuration: Event programming, credential management, firmware/patch management, and database maintenance.

Qualifications
✓Drivers License 10000193 Upon Hire (Required)
✓Low voltage/security installer license (if required by state regulations). Upon Hire (Required)
✓Ability to pass background checks as required by clients and policy. Upon Hire (Required)
✓1 Minimum 5 Years of Experience (Five plus (5+) years of progressively responsible experience in electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV/VMS, intrusion, and low‑voltage/structured cabling
✓including at least three (3) years with enterprise‑scale system programming/integration.
✓Willingness to work off hours/on call or during planned maintenance windows as needed.
✓Navigate rapidly changing situations, from evolving patient needs to technological advancements, by remaining flexible, continuously learning, embracing new challenges, and quickly recovering from setbacks.
✓Solid written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
✓Strong attention to detail and self-directed to consistently ensure data integrity and accuracy.
✓Uphold ethical principles by maintaining confidentiality, ensuring informed consent, and making decisions that prioritize the well-being of both patients and staff.
✓Exercises discretion to address complex procedures.
✓Work seamlessly within diverse teams, bringing together professionals from various disciplines to provide patient-centered care and achieve collective goals.
✓Helps develop and refine administrative procedures to reduce risk, ensure higher compliance, and assists in reporting and addressing potential issues.
✓Makes decisions that are guided by precedents, policies, and objectives; some latitude in resolution of day-to-day challenges.

Prior team lead/crew lead experience is strongly preferred)
Networking: Proficiency with TCP/IP, DHCP, VLANs, PoE, and collaboration with IT on integration/hardening; experience with packet capture and switch diagnostics preferred.
