✓Previous experience with proven program management skill in the safety and emergency preparedness field
✓Ability to deliver financial results for areas of accountability (Required)
✓Ability to communicate effectively with peers, physicians, clinical and administrative staff (Required)
✓Extensive working knowledge of Joint Commission Environment of Care issues as they apply to a health care facility. (Required)
✓Knowledge of and experience with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation (HSEEP) Program (Required)
✓Knowledge of and experience with chemical safety, disposal and regulations (Required)
✓Strong working knowledge of Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) and National Incident Management System (NIMS) (Required)
✓Effective verbal and written communication skills (Required)
✓Ability to deliver effective presentations to large groups (Required)
