Qualifications
✓This position is approved for remote work; however, candidates must:
✓Reside and work within Oregon, Washington, or Alaska.
✓Live within a one-hour driving distance of a PeaceHealth primary hospital campus.
✓Maintain a workspace that supports confidentiality, productivity, and reliable connectivity required for remote leadership responsibilities.
✓Be available for occasional on-site meetings, training, leadership events, or operational needs as required.
✓Lead a high-impact revenue cycle team from home while helping patients access the care they need.
✓Minimum of five (5) years of revenue cycle experience within a hospital or health system environment.
✓Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience with responsibility for team performance and development.
Experience utilizing Epic revenue cycle applications. preferred
Skills for Success preferred
Experience leading teams and developing people. preferred
Strong understanding of hospital billing, reimbursement, and revenue cycle operations. preferred
Ability to use data and performance metrics to drive results. preferred
Experience managing operational budgets and department resources. preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and healthcare technology systems. preferred
