Position Highlights: Tertiary care referral center serving the northern 2/3 of Maine 38k patients/year encompassing all ages; highest acuity ED in the state Group consists of 17 ABEM certified Emergency Medicine Physicians and 7 APPs Dual physician coverage at a minimum 24/7 Care areas include the main ED, Behavioral Health and observation. Access to Behavioral Health practitioners and clinicians 24/7 Full support of medical specialists, including ED Pharmacist, PICU, NICU, IMU, CCU, and a closed ICU Compensation Information: Full time: $377,300 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on quality incentives Part time: $264,110 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on quality incentives Per diem: $280.43 hourly rate The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position.
