Licensure
200029728Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island, or compact state licensure in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact agreement./a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Candidates actively enrolled in a BSN program may be considered.
Certifications
✓Must be physically able to perform CPR.
Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) or Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN) preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum three years of current clinical experience in critical care nursing, including responding to cardiac arrests and clinical emergencies, in a hospital setting required.
✓WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Visual and auditory ability to monitor patient status.
✓Physical ability to assist in lifting and positioning patients.
✓Must have full range of body motion.
✓Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
✓Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and color vision.
✓Must be able to speak and hear clearly.
✓Must have the ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, lean, and squat for long periods of time without hindrance.
✓Must be able to maintain dexterity when pulling, pushing, and gripping carts and stretchers.
✓Must perform all physical job duties accurately in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruption.
