Job Title: Endoscopy Technologist Position Details: Location: St Josephs Main and Childrens Status: Full Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 6:30a - 3:00p Weekend Work: None On Call: No

Certification: Required – BLS (Basic Life Support)

Performs direct and indirect patient care tasks . Assists with admissions, discharges and transfers of patients within the endoscopy suite , holding, and recovery areas. Orients patients and significant others to the unit .

Maintains environment by cleaning and storing equipment, disposing of linens, and stocking supplies Keeps patient areas clear of trash and clutter, cleans, disinfects and sterilizes endoscopy equipment and stretchers On-call/weekend shifts Demonstrates interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
